Custom  –  how it works

We know that ordering custom kit can sometimes seem overwhelming, but thanks to our experience at Castelli Custom, we keep everything as simple as possible and will be there to help every step of the way.

If you're interested in finding out more about the Castelli Servizio Corse programme, drop us a line at We will send you a full information pack with everything you need to know to get started, including more information on the ranges and how they will work for your team, group or club.

When you're happy to proceed, we'll discuss your design ideas and order requirements. We'll need to know the type of garments you are interested in and a rough idea of the quantities being considered. We provide a order form in the information pack for this.

Once you know the garments you'd like for your team, club or personal collection, we get to the fun part – designing. You might already have club kit you want to update, some ideas down on paper or perhaps you want us to provide the inspiration – you can have as much input as you'd like on the final design. Things to bear in mind when sketching ideas or writing out notes are the basic design of the kit – panels, stripes and the like; colours – please use Pantone Coated references where possible; and the position of logos – we'll need these in a Vector format so they'll look great on your kit.

The design service itself is free for all orders over £4,000 and is charged on a simple pro-rata scale of 5% of the order total for orders under this threshold.

We'll develop your design and send you a 3D render of your kit so you can pan around it at all angles, share it with friends, colleagues or clubmates and make sure you're completely happy with the design or request amendments. Once you're ready to go, we'll ask you to confirm your final order.

There's a size chart included in the information pack, but we also recommend you refer to our comprehensive guide to Castelli sizing here, which will help you choose the correct sizes for your team or club. Castelli Custom has access to extra sizes compared to the regular Castelli catalogue: jerseys for men and women go down to XXS and up to 2XL (women) and 5XL (men).

Club members shouldn't be afraid to mix sizes for shorts and jerseys – many riders prefer to go up a size in the shorts for a more comfortable fit while retaining a close aerodynamic fit on the top half.

Subject to stock, samples are available for evaluation purposes – credit card details may be required as security when requesting samples.

Once you've approved your design we can create you an online club shop or you can submit your order via our interactive order form which we can supply you by email.

Production usually takes eight weeks from when your order is submitted to the factory. No changes can be made to your order after this point.

At off-peak times, production can be faster. We can also arrange for kit to be fast tracked for special events by prior arrangement. This service is subject to available capacity at Castelli's production facilities.

Our factories provide regular shipping updates and we'll pass these on should the delivery date for your order change.

Once your kit has been manufactured, it will be packed and shipped to Castelli Custom UK HQ from Italy via UPS. Transit to the UK normally takes three working days. You can also use this opportunity to supply an alternative delivery address (we can only ship to UK addresses).

Once your kit has arrived in the UK, it will be dispatched to you via a next-day, signed-for delivery service, which is included in the price of your kit.

If you wish to receive your kit as soon as possible, it can be sent directly to you from Italy by prior arrangement – though the cost of this carriage will be at your expense.

Castelli Custom pricing is extremely competitive and your Servizio Corse designer will give you a full breakdown so you know exactly where you stand.
